Here at LiveLearn.Yoga I invite you to step out of your day, on to your mat and completely switch off from the outside world. Michelle is easily the best yoga teacher I've ever had! She's a hugely warm and caring person, and that shines through in her classes, which I find to have the perfect balance of breath work, flow and working on individual postures. I leave every class feeling challenged but also relaxed and centred. Michelle always encourages you to listen to your own body and do what feels right for you. I'm excited to go to class every week and only wish I had time to go more often!
