I offer small friendly classes in a beautiful, cosy space in the heart of Ramsbottom.
Now I bet what you really want to know is what "kind" of yoga I teach, a question I get asked often but the truth be it I don't have a definite answer. I don't like to limit myself to teaching one particular style, especially when I know I can take a little something from each one and merge them together to create something new and exciting.
However, to give you an idea, my classes tend to be energetic, vinyasa style "yoga flow" and I always like to add an element of fun. However, what each flow entails depends entirely upon what I create that day and although I always have an idea of where I want to guide my students, I am always ready to adapt a class when and where necessary, depending on people's needs and the general vibe in the room. I love to go with the flow and I always trust that my intuition and creativity will guide me. How I teach is most definitely influenced by my experiences so far, continuously shifting and evolving and "what's in a name anyway? This is MY kind of yoga" and it is what makes me the teacher I am!
My group class sizes are small, something which all of my yogis love. It means I can really get to know each person's individual needs and therefore help guide them deeper in their practice. I also offer private sessions for those who prefer to have a one to one.
The studio is equipt with mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets. However, if you have your own mat and prefer to use it, please feel free to bring it.
